Thanks Westy. I know my dead lift is up there, and no idea with bench and squat as never used lifting gear. The idea is to "trial" each bit of equipment, see how I get on and, if it all goes to plan, change my training for a bit to see how I do. I think 800kg would be achievable without too much trouble ... but we'll see. Step one, buy a bench shirt ...

LOL thx Boar - should be getting measured for my shirt tmr hopefully. If I did a comp it'd probably be 2010. That gives me 6 months to get used to bench shirt, then 6 months to get used to squat suit. Then I can hit it hard (if I'm good enough) And thx Dyskee too

Well...does HGH work on us normal gymmers?? Although to be fair if you're a 'normal gymmer' then what the hell does that make me, cos I'm fairly sure deadlifting 300kg cannot be classified as "normal"! Keep up the good work

LOL - 320kg actually - wink wink Well I'm 'normal' to me, in that I'm a real person that isn't ripped to fcuk, training under 5 years, diet isn't perfect, under 16 stone (just), do weights only 3 days a week. Some people say HGH is limited to pros with no body fat looking at shaping up etc ... anyway, I'll report back soon

bloody hell mate- your a beast!!! what kind of routine do you follow? I like your attitude to diet- its 90% of the way there but highly sustainable and as a result you bear no grudge towards eating :)

Cool, yeah I totally get what you're saying. I'll be watching this intently, HGH is something that has always interested me for some reason, even though I'm an AAS neophyte. Keep the updates a-comin'!

Fat Loss Man - thanks mate. My routine is pretty simple Routine (varies slightly, but here is a typical week) Monday - Push Bench 3x5 with usually a heavy set in between Inc Bench - 3x5 Seated BB Press - 3x6 (that's the core done, then a few finishing exercises) Pec Dec - 2 sets @ max Tricep pull downs - 3x6 Cable front raises - 3x6 Tuesday Legs-Abs Squats 3x4 Seated m/c calf raises - 1 large drop set maybe 75 reps? Crunches, cable crunches, or crunches with someone punching my abs (for fighting) Wednesday - Judo 2 hours, mix of stuff, medium intensity Friday - Pull Deads 3x4 Seated level rows 3x6 Weighted WG Pull ups (or pull downs) 3x6 Preacher EZ curls 4x8 Sunday - Mixed Martial Arts 2 hours, mix of stuff inc circuits, high intensity Diet Yeah, I try to eat clean, I try and eat big, I don't drink etc. But I'm human, if I want a bar of chocolate I will. Don't get me wrong, it's 90% there, better than most people by far, I haven't had crisps in ages, and always favour decent stuff. BUT it needs to be sustainable. I usually cycle on decent days, low carb days, cheat days etc, and it seems to work. CitizenKane - thanks for reading mate, now I know people are reading I'll try and update more. Typical Weights OKay, so it's the start of my 8 week test prop/tren ace cycle, so this week I'll try and record my lifts. Not caring about the finishing exercises, just maybe the core bench, dead, squat etc. Don't need to record everything, just enough for a comparison bench (raw) - 4@ 100kg, 4@ 130kg, 4@ 140kg, 2@ 150kg, reps@ 130kg So to try and put that into a single figure, I reckon 5@ 140kg would be fair. All controlled, touching chest, raw free bench etc. So that's my starting weight for that one ...

Bench Shirt Ordered today 46" Titan Fury (I have 16" relaxed arms and 46" relaxed chest, so this will be a comp fit) Being told how to put it on and use it on Thursday next week Opening Weights - Legs So, before my gear kicks in, what am I lifting (as a benchmark) Squats 6@ 180kg, 4@ 220kg, 3@ 230kg, 6@ 220kg using knee wraps and belt Depth wasn't parallel or A2G, but was deep and not far off. Plenty good enough for training

You say that your doing it e3d, there seems to be no evidence in whats exactly right or wrong in terms of GH administration but some say that 8iu is too much in 1 shot and that the body wont use any where near the full amount etc and that it only works for a few hours. Personally i have been using 4iu ed but Northern Rocker is using 4iu ed but splitting in to 2 doses and shooting 2iu morning and 2iu evening shooting intravenously  And says that 2iu is the most that can be absorbed at any one time. It seems to be really confusing when trying to find 'the best way' to use this med I was doing Sub-Q until someone said that it wont all be absorbed anywhere as near as good as if shot IM, so im doing IM now lol. Do you not worry that shooting e3d may not be maximizing its effects?

But I read the opposite (someone discussing on here before, check my posts, may even), that it works better for fat loss if it spikes, and hence EoD is best. So that's confusing. Thing is, noone knows I don't think. Do you not worry that you're not spiking it and not maximising effects? LOL Shooting intravenously - can you do that? You noticed any difference doing IM? I agreed, there are no answers. Maybe I'll try what I'm doing for few months (better than before), then change again? You noticed any differences?

Yeah it all does seem a bit confusing tbh as i was told that 8iu eod is best for muscle gain and 4iu ed is better for fat loss but im the long term it does not make much difference. But when i hear things like only 2iu can be absorbed at once it kinda baffles me and im no expert when it comes to HGH so i just go with the flow tbh. Its a shame that there isnt more solid info on HGH for bodybuilding, its kinda the cocaine of the PED world lol and it seems to be a mystery in terms of exact protocal on BB use. And yeah some people do it IV including NR, personally i wouldn't do that it just sounds nasty lol and would make me feel like an addict.

Yeah, that seems much doing IV. IM would be OK but that's a lot of holes! SubQ is good, what I usually do is jab in two spots, I do this mainly cos I have 0.3ml syringles and I mix 0.5ml bac water. I heard (and I'm not joking), that 4iu ED is better for muscle growt and 8iu EOD better for fat loss due to the spike. But hey. I was doing 4IU ED (5 on 2 off), then changed to 8iu E3D. Same dosage and I've found it slightly better for fat loss (or so it seems), BUT I have also stopped taking carbs at injection time ... so it could be that. I'll probably run for a bit and then switch back. If you do oppositye then switch it would confirm would it not? You prepared to give that a go? Trouble is diet, training, other meds etc all change, so impossible to say it's just the HGH. What else you taking? PS Doctors say no more than 50g of protein can be absorbed in a day ... but who listens - lol

Yeah i'll take ed for now and may switch to eod at a later date, Im also using: 500mg Omanadren pw 700mg Primo pw 100mg Anavar ed Just started for the shape up but was running HGH as a tester through December, seemed to work ok and actually gave me some weight gain so including for whole cycle now. May even shoot 8iu ed split in to two lol just to be greedy and see what that does.

Wasn't actually that bad mate Anyway, base weights at start of cycle. OK, I am 1 week in ... but I need a base for comparison later on in the cycle. Deads - 180kgx4, 220kgx4, 240kgx4, 150kgx4, 260kgx3 Felt good
