ECA 30/200/150 - plus a little (sugar free) red bull. More awake that I was before, but nothing like as much as usual. Perhaps 'cos of smaller caffiene. More appetite though.
88kg - STILL
But on a +ve side I feel quite thin, body fat wise - which is nice!
Back + Biceps wide grip pull ups 3x6 (6,6,5@15kg - only up 1 rep, dunno why)
dead lifts 3x6 (6,6,6@160kg - 10kg up, nice, no pain in back what-so-ever)
supline rows 3x6-8 (6,8,9@15kg - up, very happy, explosive seems to be way forward)
db curls on inc bench 4x6-8 (4@22.5kg, 6,6,6@20kg - no pump, but slow, worked very hard and squeezed at top)
shrugs 3x6-8 (8,7,8@140kg - much nicer)
Middle back feeling little DOMS already (90 mins after) - gonna ache tomorrow
Didn't feel wired, not pumped, but weights went up, really enjoyed myself and lifted well.
Good progress and I'm happy. Now Friday night - off out

Only 10 days till I order gear, so maybe 13-14 til cycle, really can't wait! Better start eating even more, is that possible - LOL?
