ECA 30/400/150 + some red bull - worked a treat, still got bit of an appetite but loads of energy

Weight 88kg - not measuring bodyfat much any more as I don't want to get hung up on fat when bulking and it seems to fluctuate so much anyway - mirror is what counts

Chest, Triceps + Shoulders

cable x 3x6-8 (6,6,4@plate 7)
low inc db press 3x6 (6,7,8@35kg)
weighted dips 3x6-8 (8,8@30kg, 7@35kg)
mil press 3x6 (5,4@50kg, 6@45kg - made sure I pushed them out slowly and controlled)
rope pull down 3x6 (6,7,6@37.5kg)

Up on everything, routine back to normal (except skulls which still hurt), loads of energy, lifting what I was before Peru, looking good, great pump. Nothing I would want to change. 2 weeks 'til next cycle.

Very happy boy!

Plus a LOT of people are looking at us when we train in gym. We're probably the biggest in there, and today we got very strange looks when dipping with a 35kg dumbbell between our ankles. Everyone says it's impressive what we do. LOL!

    Worried about steroids

    Next cycle starts 2 weeks today/tomorrow

    I'm worried ...

    ... I feel massive, and have so much confidence, can't stop looking at my arms, and when I go out I want to say "look at me" to everyone. I feel better than I did during my last cycle. How the f**k am I gonna cope feeling like this with high test levels, don't think I'll be able to take it!

    Funny reason to be worried, but my confidence will be sky high!

          ECA 30/200/150 - plus a little (sugar free) red bull. More awake that I was before, but nothing like as much as usual. Perhaps 'cos of smaller caffiene. More appetite though.

          88kg - STILL
          But on a +ve side I feel quite thin, body fat wise - which is nice!

          Back + Biceps

          wide grip pull ups 3x6 (6,6,5@15kg - only up 1 rep, dunno why)
          dead lifts 3x6 (6,6,6@160kg - 10kg up, nice, no pain in back what-so-ever)
          supline rows 3x6-8 (6,8,9@15kg - up, very happy, explosive seems to be way forward)
          db curls on inc bench 4x6-8 (4@22.5kg, 6,6,6@20kg - no pump, but slow, worked very hard and squeezed at top)
          shrugs 3x6-8 (8,7,8@140kg - much nicer)

          Middle back feeling little DOMS already (90 mins after) - gonna ache tomorrow

          Didn't feel wired, not pumped, but weights went up, really enjoyed myself and lifted well.

          Good progress and I'm happy. Now Friday night - off out (not drinking at all, taking it easy)

          Only 10 days till I order gear, so maybe 13-14 til cycle, really can't wait! Better start eating even more, is that possible - LOL?

            Not so chubby after all

            Official weight today 87.8kg ... but have a LOT more bone/muscle showing so BF must be dropping.

            Been told this weekend my arms are like rock (I was carrying something and a girl was squeezing them), been told I'm solid like a brick ... lots of good things really.

            Stopped drinking now (didn't drink at all at the weekend) and am arranging some good (sober) nights out as well.

            Feeling like I have a top body, better than it's ever been - but plenty of room for improvement.

            Gym tomorrow night, legs - ouch!

              Legs + Abs

              one legged leg press 3x6 (6@129.3kg, 6@131.5kg, 4@136kg - smashed last week)
              smith squats 3x6 (6,8@150kg, 8@155kg - up again, and definately parallel)
              smith calf raises 3x10 (10,10,10@135kg - very hard work)
              ham curls 3x8 (10,10,8@150lbs - smashed every other session, but on max)

              cable sit ups on bosu 3x8 (6,7@35lbs, 3@32.5lbs - working, but not full ROM)
              weighted leg raises 3x10 (experimenting with 3kg weight and parter throwing legs down - very very good)

              Feel fantastic, smashed all legs lifts ever, and all felt very good. Looking forward to smashing next week.

              Boxing

              Thinking of starting boxing (just for fun) with a mate for CV. Have the gloves and a gum shield, see if I can get him interested. A good way to burn off aggression and get fit ... plus you learn to fight and take a punch. Could be fun

                BACK ON THE JUICE

                Another groundmark day. Today I've started popping Dianabol and have jabbed myself with Deca and Test E - start of 10 weeks of serious training.

                Stopped drinking a while ago (although it's only been on occasion anyway), eating like a horse with worms, training till I wanna pop and drinking more water than ever possible.

                Stopped the ECA (will take last small dose tonight), stopping CEE - saving those for PCT.

                Orals will be finished by 2 weeks before Xmas, meaning I can drink Xmas day and NYE, but other than that I'm off alcohol, drugs, junk food and most things mad until February at least.

                This is going to be a bulk, and nothing else. Want to pick up a stone, whether that's possible, we'll see - I'm 87.8kg now, want to be 95kg - 95kg is my target after PCT - although 92.5 (15 stone) would be amazing - but a VERY tall order.

                Here's 110% commited to getting huge! - Photos will be uploaded after PCT for comparison

                  Can feel jabs already as I had a metallic taste in my mouth, and dbol is starting to work as, for once, I am starving after the gym.

                  Come on juice, lets go.

                  Oh - first jabs were painfree, no blood, no twitching, no ache afterwards - all spot on - actually looking forward to the last lot.

                  Decided not to tell my second training partner yet (2/3 of us are on) as he hasn't been training for a while so may not notice. Let's see I suppose .....

                    How long til gear kicks in?

                    According to a reputable member of this forum


                    by the end of the first week you should be up by 2-4lb. it'll all be water but you'll have gained. strength will be up by day 5-7. actual muscular gains will not happen until day 12-15 or so


                    ... so I have a lot to look forward to. May ECA it lightly on Friday ...

                    Injury Update

                    Wrist - a bit tender after a heavy session. Think it's low inc db press and mil press that do it. But not end of World. Hurts if I push the bone, so don't know if the diagnostic was wrong.

                    Neck - perfect

                    Food

                    Eating like crazy. PPWO yesterday I had a bowl porrdge, 3x chicken breats, lots beggies and some nuts

                    Gonna be hard eating like this for 3 months!

                      Last night, working in teh pub, had (fit) girls come to the bar and ask if they can feel my muscles. Had LOADS of comments and another fit girl saying we should "get together" one night soon.

                          Jab on Saturday hurt, the actual jabbing bit, and it bled. The actual plunge was OKay though, and I've felt great all weekend.

                          Last night I was mega horny, so the test is working I assume. Nearly phoned someone I used to sleep with (ex porn star) for a quickie (at midnight) .. she'd have said yes, but I thought I'd save that one for when I'm even hornier!

                          Weight not risen as yet, still eating big. Saturday I had steak, chips, eggs, beans, salad and bowl oats at 4pm, then the same with extra chicken at 8pm ... the looks I was getting from people I work with - priceless.

                          Looking forward to legs later, and of course jabbing on Wednesday.

                          NOT going to ECA it tonight, going to go "natural" ... apart from the AAS

                            Just spent the last 2 hours reading through your journal, good stuff, found it quite interesting!

                            I've recently finished a sust/deca/dbol cycle and want to try a cutting cycle early next year. After seeing your before and after pics in the TAOS forum (great progress btw!) i hard my heart set on a prop/tren/winny course. But with my source being completely useless and unable to get ANY of those meds i might have to have a re-think!

                            Also if your that worried about people (your mum and dad!!) noticing your gains why dont you try running an ant-e throught the cycle just to keep the bloat down a bit. Just a thought!

                              2 hours - wow!

                              Prop/tren/winny was superb, may be worth getting a new source then mate as they're pretty basic meds.

                              I've decided not to worry about gains, my parents have noticed I'm eating double what I was, so I'll put it all down to that. I know it's only 5-10% recuction by taking nolva, but that's 5-10% I'd rather have on my body

                              Thanks for your nice comments dude - appreciated, I'll keep the journal updated and will put before/after pics on this cycle.

                              What gains did you make from sust/deca/dbol and what dosages?

                                ECA - stopped that 'cos of gear, don't want to stress heart. But had can of sugarfree red bull.

                                Legs + Abs

                                weighted leg raises (still experimenting, about 3x10 at 5kg ish)
                                cable chops (tied these, can't get technique right, will investigate)

                                All in all a strange day. Didn't feel like I'd pushed it 100%, but I know I did. Didn't seem hard, but it was to failure. felt as if I've done nothing afterwards (no aches or toredness) but weights all increased, some by loads (except hams).

                                Perhaps this is the gear giving me more strength. We'll see what happens in other session.s

                                Mustn't grumble as weights are up, but something feels wrong. Strange

                                    I gained just over a stone on sust deca dbol @ 500 400 40. Think it could of been more though tbh. My diet wasnt as good as it could of been and had to stop the deca early due to gyno problems! I know gyno from deca aint that common but i'm pretty sure thats what was causing it!

                                    Looking forward to seeing the new pics once the cycle is finished. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results (you seem alot more strict with your diet than me) and get ready for more of the 'you look massive' comments!

                                      Basically, I wanted to do the following:

                                      squats
                                      good mornings/sldl
                                      calves

                                      But no squat rack at my gym (gonna have to move soon), so need to use smith. Trouble is don't get full ROM, so to stop back hurting, need to have feet forward. This does target hams, but if I go low enough to hit hams hard (parallel) I don't hit my quads as much as I could (quads are my strongest part). So I decided to exhaust them using the leg press which am I seeing superb gains on. Also doing squats on a smith means you can pile on weight and I'm worried about my back (put neck out a while ago)
                                      Good mornings are cr@p on the smith, and I didn't get on with sldl at all, so I added ham curls at the end just to make sure hams are worked.
                                      Calf raises - obvious.

                                      Ideally, when I move gym I can shorten it. But at the moment:

                                      one leg press (kills quads, and getting very strong)
                                      smith squats (not as good as squats, best I can do. Seems to work glutes v hard, and quads/hams too)
                                      ham curls (just to make sure hams are gone, probably could omit this exercise)
                                      calf raises - not really hit anywhere else.

                                      Maybe I could miss ham curls ... I dunno ?!?

                                      Basically I'm happy with my routine, legs my best bit and doing well. My WHOLE routine is strange, but that's 'cos of limited equipment etc.

                                      What I think I'll do is wait til this cycle is over (keep it same as I've been doing well) then when I move gym, get a different routine as well. I want to get BB squats in at least!

                                      Those gains you made are superb - 40kg on bench n 12 weeks - WOW. I take it you were on gear?

                                        A stone on sust/deca/dbol - very good, that's what I'm hoping for. I'm eating VERY big and clean at the moment. Getting at least 300g protien, 5x fruit and veg, lots of EFAs where possible through fish and nuts, and eat every 3 hours. Also tailor diet to having certain food types at different times of the day.

                                        Hopefully get more comments - and more chicks. (I want to go for 7 girls in 7 nights. A challenge I know, but possible I think. How cool would it be to have done that - just don;t tell my mum )

                                        Keep checking back lads - I'll keep you posted.

                                        And thanks to all for your comments. I keep this journal as a log for me, but nice to know other people read it. And one day, when I'm HUGE, nice to give to newbies so they can learn from my mistakes and see what has worked with me. I know my routine has "evolved" due to equipment and injury - and as soon as I change gym and my wrist heals I'll get it back. Until then, 10 weeks of strict everything to see if I can reach my 15 stone target!
