3 friends of mine who competed in the south coast last year and placed 3,4 in one class and 3rd in another, said they followed a diet for very high protein and mono fats and 100g of carbs a day no refeed days.

50g for breakfast and 50g post workout.

these boys got ripped from this diet.

im attempting it at the moment.

quick, get into the chopper!!!

But I hope it works for you :) Day 21 of not smoking. 3 Weeks!

Ill post up some reulsts after 6 weeks. quick, get into the chopper!!!
