Looking good matey - glad to see you at the finishing line. 12 weeks seems like a long time but it never is, especially as life can have a habit of getting in the way. Just to get to the finish line is an acheivement and something to be proud of, it also gives a little more motivation as you give yourself goals. Keep it up. P.

Ahh, thanks everyone! I will definitely keep it up and push even harder now because I know where I want to be and I know I can get there eventually. This 12 weeks wasn't as consistent as it could have been (due to the aforementioned weeks when I couldn't train) but as long as the progress is in the right direction I guess that's the main thing. Am very open to suggestions for a good bulking up routine for post-Christmas now if anyone wants to recommend! Then I'll be hitting up the master of cutting (Steve!) come the Spring.
