Evening all right first off ill tell you a little about me,

im 6.1 14st 0 % body fat

I have been training for about a year and half now and have kind of lost track with my routin havnt been poutting on weight since december trainign has got a little mixed up but diet is spot on stil will post if need be but i can assure you it all spot on

anyway what im after is a bulking routine for a mon-fri i will follow this untill i reach my goal nearer summer then use a strenth/ripping routine i already have

any help would be greatly appriciatred and im all ears as to workouts ecexices and routines people have to offer, and btw i am very hard gainer its taken me a long time after finally getting my diet right to put on 2 stone. cheers Sam

    5 days weight training a week could be overdoing it mate,depending on what your routine is.There's a tendency to think that if you are not gaining then the correct thing to do is train more but that may not be giving your body enough rest time to grow.3 or 4 days with exercises that are based around compound movements should be plenty for anyone.The main thing I find when people say that are not gaining is that they are not eating enough though.That's virtually always the case.
