Double inguinal (groin) mate. Is that where your guts leak into your nutsack? No kidding, I used to looked after a blind fella who had that and when he stood up his intestines descended into his scrote and it blew up like a football

Haha, nice description! Actually though yes! lol I was lucky enough not to have this problem though as the tear was a little higher up. Down sides to this was that it almost constantly needed attention. Id have a lump the size of an egg (cut one in half and thats what used to pop out) that would pop out under my pubic area by the base of my shaft. I had to 'pop' it back inside every few mintues if i was moving. Horrible feeling!!!!!!

Torn right sacro-iliac ligaments from deadlifting a few years ago. Back has never been the same since and periodically flares up. Have had recent spasms, which make you go lop-sided (agony). Jimbo

I'm waiting on a call back from NHS direct right now as a result of the whack I gave my thigh with 200-kilos on Sunday. I'm due to start out at 4am tomorrow and my right leg is bruised from the groin to my knee, hard to straighten out and uncomfortable to walk on.

Nearly 4 years ago I damaged a disc doing a push press. Didn't get it sorted properly & then prolapsed it squatting a few months later. Absolute agony. Whilst getting treated I found out that I had a slight congenital hip issue (ossification of the joint) that meant my pelvis was tilted slightly, in turn pulling my spine out of line ever so slightly (can't remember the technical expressions the dctor used) & making any form of spinal loading work dangerous. In other words, this was an accident wiating to happen; it was triggered by lifting weights but it had been lurking for nearly 30 years! Now I follow a heavily modified routine that I've developed over the last 2/3 years to keep my back safe. I get the odd minor relapse but nothing major so it seems to be working.
