Basically i have knackered one shoulder and elbow due to training on gear while injured. Can't lift now as it hurts too much. The gear masked the pain so did not feel the damage i was doing.

Prolapsed disc Two back spasms Various shoulder strains The most lingering and obstructive injury is one I have had for the past 12mths, which is tendonitis in my right arm. This has prevented me doing most back exercises and any bicep work at all.

kaldog Raven Ruptured disc whilst deadlifting, required surgery ouch was that a problem with your form or just unlucky? Had back problems for months but just kept on taking strong painkillers and trainign through it. Done a heavy deadlift and that was the straw that broke the camels back or in this case Ravens! Its documentated here http://www.muscletalk.c...ice-please-m3683468.aspx

achey/tendonitis in forearms is the most frequent and common from lifting. My back issue isn't related to weights and I've probably not been lifting long enough or heavy enough to ruin anything yet.

tubbyman Red Man Double hernia from deadlifting (unproven to be from deadlifting but i didnt have them when i didnt deadlift). where was the hernia out of interest? Double inguinal (groin) mate. Every doctor/specialist hinted that deads in my circumstances was very probable for the injurys (i know many people discount the average medical professional regarding training injurys but i honestly know that it is correct)
