not as good as proper diet and exercise. The issue with fat binders is at the moment, always the same: they bind the essential fats you need as well as the ones you may have overeaten. Remember most people don't get enough of the right type of essential fats anyway so binding more of them is not going to help. They have finessed the fat soluble vitamin problem by adding more but I'll take vitamins from decent foods over added ones any day. The answer is rarely in the bottle, but rather in habits and behaviours.
