Y3T Training?

hiya, anyone tried Y3T training? I started this week but my workouts are done in about 20mins per bodypart, I feel like im not doing enough although i know its intensity as well volume thats important!
Would love to hear others experiences of using this training method!

    thanks for the advice will check out that site. Im on week 2 and am finding it better, think im so used to high volume that week one didnt feel like much, so im going to do the full 4 weeks and see how i feel after that
