    I have...ill keep it short...

    Better for beginners to training...its trying to basically mix strength training into a cutting/recomp phase...within 4 weeks, can be cycled...personally i prefer to..

    Bulk up from November thru till Jan, lean bulk from then for a few months.

    Then cut for summer, ranges from 2-3 months

    After this i do a dedicated 5x5 strength training programme, pryamiding up the weights for 2/3 months before bulking again.

    Works for me, and in comparison Y3T i found very restricting, and doesnt excel in any 1 area tbh, imo

    really good prorame i used the rep range weekly but i was not hitting failure like i was first of al and if i upped the weight i could not get past so many reps
     
    i still use the basic's of it but i add my own routine to it, help keeps me from going mad but will be changing to 1-6x7 for bulking
