side clam goblet squat split squat oh squat snatch, 1 inch/second to the knee bar x loads 30kg x 3 40kg x 3 40kg x 3 40kg x 3 40kg x 3 40kg x 3 oh squat 40kg x 1 50kg x 1 60kg x 3 -PR leg raise 2 x 5 rushed for time so left it there. tidy.

Fear not dear posters, I have returned! I've not seen the point in keeping this up too closely since all I've been doing for the last three months is a load of corrective bull****. I think that I am now in a position to squat again properly with a good lumber spine. Today: pvc pipe mobility hang snatch bar work 40kg x 3 45kg x 3 50kg x 3 hang clean and jerk bar work 40kg x 3 50kg x 2 60kg x 2 60kg x 2 fs 40kg x 3 60kg x 3 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 lunge, reps/leg 40kg x 5 50kg x 6 60kg x 7 70kg x 8 russian twist 5kg, 3 x 10 leg raise 3 x 5 Good session. All easy obviously, but so happy to be back at it. I can't wait to put up some numbers.

I've given up training (again). Can't be arsed at the moment. All was going swimmingly then I got ill so missed a week, stuff came up at home so missed another week then thought, **** it, Xmas is in a month and I'll have to have another week off then so I'll sack it off for now and start afresh in Jan. For a 1st cycle that sounds a little light. I think you could add in a couple of litres of Tren every other day. You might find that does the trick.......

I reckon you could get by on drugs and diet. pvc pipe med ball on groin mobility oh squat snatch bar work 40kg x 1, 1, 1 50kg x 1 55kg x 1 60kg x 1 65kg x 1 70kg x 1 jerk from the rack 40kg 5 x 3 - technique practice, felt I made some improvements, going to keep doing this light for a bit clean bar work 40kg 2 x 2 60kg x 2 70kg x 1 80kg x 1 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 bs 40kg 2 x 3 70kg x 1 90kg x 1 110kg x 1 120kg x 1 130kg x 1 90kg 3 x 2 med ball on groin again + groin stretch Niiiice
