      Fear not dear posters, I have returned!

      I've not seen the point in keeping this up too closely since all I've been doing for the last three months is a load of corrective bull****. I think that I am now in a position to squat again properly with a good lumber spine. Today:

            I've given up training (again). Can't be arsed at the moment. All was going swimmingly then I got ill so missed a week, stuff came up at home so missed another week then thought, **** it, Xmas is in a month and I'll have to have another week off then so I'll sack it off for now and start afresh in Jan.

            For a 1st cycle that sounds a little light. I think you could add in a couple of litres of Tren every other day. You might find that does the trick.......

                    Dave c+j 120 recently and has found a WL club to train at in Worthing. He also has the physique of a young boy :)
