On the Pullum site, there's a size 58 shirt which it says is suitable for a 46/48" chest. That one's £60 though. The one on eBay might go for £30 so worth a punt. If it doesn't fit I'll re-sell it and maybe lose a couple of £'s. Or I might simply have to grow into it For less than last night's drinking cost, it's got to be worth a go and if it's too baggy I'll just keep checking eBay or bung Dave some money for when he goes to Canada and buy one new cheap as chips from the US in a size that fits. I'm just keen to see if these shirts are as good as they're cracked up to be. Just had a look at the Titan shirts. Pricey, even in $'s.

Nice work. I like floor pressing as an assistance lift.

At least I know now that whatever I can clean I ll be able to press. Floor pressing is quality, not done a lot of it before, but hopefully I ll have an extra 5-10kg when I return to benching.

when I return to benching Are you doing no straight benching? I'd advice to do some even if its light stuff.

Havent done any sustained benching with a bar for probably 8-10 weeks due to my ****ed elbow. I did one session to see where I was at and hit an easy 120kg and then 150kg of a 3 board. Now my elbow seems to be improving Im going to phase in some light pressing on RE upper days along with some jerks because they re awsome fun! When floor pressing has run its course in 2-3 weeks I ll swap that out for benching again, hopefully I ll knock off 140 then. Ive been able to press 130 for over a year but my elbow has stopped play at that point!

ME Lower, last session before I have 2 wisdom teeth out at the hospital tomorrow... Squat- 50kg x 8 75kg x 5 100kg x 3 130kg x 1 150kg x 1 160kg x 1- PR 165kg x ? questionable depth, vid coming 165 x 0 took stance too wide and had nothing. If memory serves ive done either 155 or 160 before but with a VERY dodgy depth (ie nowhere near //). RDL 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 150kg x 10 160kg x 6- LM says 5, I swear it was 6! Split jerks 40kg x 3 50kg x 2, 2 60kg x 1, 1, 1 70kg x 1, 1, 1 80kg x 2 90kg x 0, 1- easy, just want concentrating first time. Not a bad session, pleased with the 160kg squat. This will be a good start to move on from in the search for 180kg, which hopefully will happen by xmas.
