Cheers guys. I do aim to dominate the entire gym whenever possible, yesterday I took in:

1 protein shake
1 relentless
1 pair trackies
1 hoody
2 sets of bands
1 foam roller
1 gym bag
1 set deadlifting slippers
1 set oly shoes

I rate those banded box squats, help to keep tight all the way through.

Gym closing so left. 

I injured my left shoulder/elbow a little squatting last week and its been troubling me slightly, a lot yesterday to the extent I was debating cutting my arm off. 130 would have been 2 x 2 but it was hurting so i sacked it off. Back is still sore from deadlifting so missing out on some back stuff is probably no bad thing anyway.

Had to cut it a little short due to work starting at 430 and not being able to get a rack for a while at the start. Happy enough with the squats, all felt strong, conditioning let me down on the 140 or I couldve squeezed out a couple more.
 
I think there are some good numbers to come out of my squat in the nearish future, everything is feeling strong and very solid.

I missed the fact that you are now locked into the junior champs. Let me know the exact date and venue. I'll try and make it down if I can. Not that an unequipped lifter needs much help but whom else is gona step up to the plate and get in a bit of benching tea-bagging in the warm up room????

After a lengthy discussion with Iain, ive decided to do a BDFPA qualifier on sunday. I only need 470 odd so I ll train as normal this week, rock up and hit 150/120/200 to qualify then either sack it in immediately or crack on depending how I feel.
 
Decided to do this because it wont really affect the GBPF comp, whether I do it or not, because the numbers are so low. The week after is a lighter week anyway so why not. At least I give myself an option this way I figure.

Ta bud, im even less fat atm, and im 88kg again. There was a rep or two left in there, but I didnt feel great so when the bar slowed down massively on number 7 i thought **** it. 

Next goal would be 160 x 5 I guess, I reckon that would set me up to go 170, 180, 185 in a comp.
