Cheers guys. I do aim to dominate the entire gym whenever possible, yesterday I took in: 1 protein shake 1 relentless 1 pair trackies 1 hoody 2 sets of bands 1 foam roller 1 gym bag 1 set deadlifting slippers 1 set oly shoes I rate those banded box squats, help to keep tight all the way through.

at B2K in town with Paul of sugden hockey ball mobility bench bar x 10 60kg x 3 80kg x 5 95kg x 5 110kg x 5 120kg x 1 130kg x 2 130kg x 1 100kg x 10 pin press vs doubled minis 60kg x 10 80kg x 10 Gym closing so left. I injured my left shoulder/elbow a little squatting last week and its been troubling me slightly, a lot yesterday to the extent I was debating cutting my arm off. 130 would have been 2 x 2 but it was hurting so i sacked it off. Back is still sore from deadlifting so missing out on some back stuff is probably no bad thing anyway.

Happy enough with the squats, all felt strong, conditioning let me down on the 140 or I couldve squeezed out a couple more. I think there are some good numbers to come out of my squat in the nearish future, everything is feeling strong and very solid.

I missed the fact that you are now locked into the junior champs. Let me know the exact date and venue. I'll try and make it down if I can. Not that an unequipped lifter needs much help but whom else is gona step up to the plate and get in a bit of benching tea-bagging in the warm up room????

Cheers cricket LM and Iain, its in bournemouth but i ll check the exact details 13 - yes!! foam roll mobility deadlift 70kg x 3 70kg x 1 120kg x 1 160kg x 3 180kg x 3 200kg x 6 150kg x 3 box squat vs twice choked lights bar x 3 bar x 3 60kg x 3 80kg x 1 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 Hanging leg raise 3 x 10 side bend vs 2 lights 3 x 10 curl with bar 3 x 10 videos of the 200 x 6 and a set of squats to come later. 200 x 7 is an all time PR so in my 2nd session back pulling 200 x 6 was pretty ****ing awesome. Last one was a grinder as you ll see but I still got it. Training is going well.

met con foam roll hockey ball mobility stretch complex: power snatch from the hang, power clean from the hang, front squat, push press, back squat, BTN jerk 1 round with empty bar 2 rounds with 40kg 2 rounds with 30kg 40kg rounds killed me off so I had to drop the weight a bit.

After a lengthy discussion with Iain, ive decided to do a BDFPA qualifier on sunday. I only need 470 odd so I ll train as normal this week, rock up and hit 150/120/200 to qualify then either sack it in immediately or crack on depending how I feel. Decided to do this because it wont really affect the GBPF comp, whether I do it or not, because the numbers are so low. The week after is a lighter week anyway so why not. At least I give myself an option this way I figure.

Not too shabby... foam roll hockey ball mobility stretch squat bar x 10 60kg x 3 100kg x 1 115kg x 5 130kg x 3 150kg x 7 - PR, vid to come front squat 60kg x 3 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 Pretty much binned it after the squats, didnt feel great going into the session so after a decent PR I figured I may as well call it there. Previous best rep PR's are 145 x 8 and 160 x 3 so this was a good effort I feel. Vid to come.

Ta bud, im even less fat atm, and im 88kg again. There was a rep or two left in there, but I didnt feel great so when the bar slowed down massively on number 7 i thought **** it. Next goal would be 160 x 5 I guess, I reckon that would set me up to go 170, 180, 185 in a comp.
