I ll be down in exe until september. I could get entry to the uni ones I think because technically I wont have graduated yet and I might be doing another year anyways. Does that mean you're already accepting you've failed this year or does an extra year mean more qualifications? Phd? Dr? Prof.? Lord?

DE bald head nice tash chuck taylor monolift band chain reverse board chalk press Bench press vs doubled mini bands 60kg 3 x 3 70kg 2 x 3 80kg x 3 *close grip* 70kg 2 x 3 60g x 3 Enjoyed these a lot, figured id just try them out. All moved really fast, 80 slowed down slightly so went back down. Felt these a lot in my triceps which was gooooooooooooooo. Pendelay row (spelling?) 70kg x 12 80kg x 8, 8 Liked these a lot, going to do them more often HS low row 3 x 12. Extra workout, felt good throughout. Squat tomorrow.

Are you still sticking to any kind of structure or are the sessions still a bit ad hoc? I had a call today re: possible job. Still nothing definite but moving in the right direction. I'll keep you posted.

Yeah I thought before the session that id have it, but we had a 2 hour fitness session with rugby in the ****ting rain last night so that took it out of me a little. Rugby is also giving me some mild knee pain. Thought I didnt really have much to lose so why not give it a bash! Felt pleasantly light on my back which was good.

Bench- all paused 60kg x 8 80kg x 8 100kg 5 x 5 80kg 3 x 3 Floor press, paused for 2-3 seconds 60kg x 5 90kg 3 x 5 DB row 40kg x 20 55kg x 8, 6, 5 HS pulldown 40kg x 20 60kg x 15 70kg x 10 Wanted to do facepulls but the whole place was rammed full of little ****s and didnt want to wait around.

DB rows down on last week where I hit 55kg 2 x 10, this is either due to me being knackered at the moment with a lot of work or the exercise has run its course. Might sub them out for pendaly rows next week.

Played yesterday, away from home against the side top of the league. Lost 48-18. They were basically a lot bigger than us, probably giving away 2-4 stone a man. Their skills were average but they were well organized and executed well. Im aching like ive been raped my an elephant on steroids today, knees hurt, hip hurts, elbow hurts. Deadlifts tomorrow!

205's went up fine, was hardly in the zone today- no sleep this week, hardly any food, ****ed knees from rugby so im hopeful of 220 x 2 next week. This week is reading week, hence **** all to do apart from rugby on wednesday. I wont pull on fri, I ll wait until sat or sun when im fully fresh.

My elbow was hurting like a bitch from rugby so was happy to get what I got. No more floor presses for a while, had enough of that ****.
