Im meant to be deloading this week, ive been feeling run down and ive got a cold currently, but I dont really have time for a deload at the moment. Instead I ll do my '5' week of 531 but I ll only hit 5's on my top sets. Still doing something, just something easy.

Pretty average benching today but you cant win them all. Decided to go mental and make the worlds biggest dumbell using the 60kg's, a lot of tape and some 2.5kg plates:
