Im meant to be deloading this week, ive been feeling run down and ive got a cold currently, but I dont really have time for a deload at the moment. Instead I ll do my '5' week of 531 but I ll only hit 5's on my top sets. Still doing something, just something easy.

That's how I did my deload too; just hitting the minimum work I had to do, then cutting it off Strong benching

Not bad for how Ive been feeling.

foam ball stretch mobility deadlift 70kg x 3 70kg x 3 110kg x 1 150kg x 5 170kg x 5 192.5kg x 5 220kg x 3 - equal PR, vid to come Pulls from the top 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 140kg x 3 160kg x 3 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 Cable abs 4 x 10 not a bad effort, went out last night and wasnt feel 100% but I had a shot at a 4th rep I just didnt see the point in pushing it too hard. Im definitely back up around deadlift PR territory, hopefully a 250 is in the pipes. Will upload vids after work.

Cheers boys, foam ball mobility stretch bench bar x 10 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 110kg x 8 *add 1.5 board* 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 Pretty average benching today but you cant win them all. Decided to go mental and make the worlds biggest dumbell using the 60kg's, a lot of tape and some 2.5kg plates: DB row 27.5kg x 5 42.5kg x 3 65kg x 12 (no straps) 70kg x 8 (straps from here) 75kg x 5 80kg x 1 (back couldve carried on, grip was ****ed) 60kg x 15 Got a load of videos which will be up later.
