Popped to the gym, did some intervals on the rower and then had great fun driving down the snowy, frozen steep hill on campus in a blizzard

Rack pull 2'' below knee 60kg x 2 100kg x 1 140kg x 3 160kg x 3 180kg x 3 200kg x 3 210kg x 3 180kg 3 x 5 Cable row '10' x 12 '14' x 8 '12' x 12 Face pull 2 x 12 Good session enjoyed the rack pulls. Im going to keep the bars at the same height next week and stand on a plate to give some extra ROM before I move the supports down.

After a weekend of healthy eating/binge drinking and a pre training meal of a pastie and 7 eggs... Bench- 60kg x 8 80kg x 8 100kg x 2 110kg x 2 120kg x 2 130kg x 1 paused PR 130kg x 1 bounced 110kg x 9 PR 100kg 3 x 3 Pin press- 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 1- tweaked my elbow a little so jacked it in Pendaly row- 60kg x 5 80kg x 8 90kg x 8 100kg x 8 Face pull 4 x 12 Lat pull down 3 x 12 Good session.

Dude its for when i get some chuck's and go to westside, dont want them to take the piss out of me...haha. 130 went up ok, hopefully rinse out a paused 140 in a few months. After our session in chi ive been keeping my feet flat too, so hopefully that wouldve passed in a comp.

Lord Monkcheese I'm impressed with the benching progress. Good work you. Cheers ears, seems to be going well right now. Also elbow pain at a minimum- could this be due to pausing? Or maybe no floor pressing. I really want to hit a 140.

We ve had a game moved to the weekend, not sure it ll go ahead or not but just in case I thought id pull today so im not fatigued either way. Rack pull- pins same height as last week but standing on a 20kg plate 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 140kg x 3 180kg x 3 210kg x 3 180kg x 5 Pull up bw x 10, 8, 6, 3 DB Curls 17.5kg x 8 15kg x 8 12.5 kg x 6, 6, 7 Pleased with the rack pulls, felt fine even after squatting and RDLing yesterday.

Cheers ears, I reckon if I were to do a comp next week and it went well id hit 160-165/130-135/220-235 so in terms of total id be 20-30kg short. Most of that on the squat! I think most of it is a mental thing now, seems to be a barrier at 160, which really isnt a heavy weight at all.

Played a round 1 knockout fixture today, postponed from wednesday, vs oxford maroons. Dicked all over them 46-16 I played well, got some good hits in and properly lit this kid up in the 1st half. Not feeling to bad now, see whats the aching is like tomo.

'Not feeling to bad' What a dickhead, felt savage all day! I think I broke something in my nose because ive been swallowing blood for about the last 36 hours now. Neck, abs and back all sore as is left calf. Mega dosing fish oil today and going to get on with lots of stretching etc tomorrow as we have another game on weds. Found out we re playing glos, big local rivals and they put us out of the cup last year. I really dislike their coach and most of the their players, cant wait to play them. I feel genuinely sorry for the first person that runs anywhere near me!

Not been a good week, ment to play again on weds hence no training on tuesday, inured my knee in the warm up so couldnt play. Livid. Food also not been great. We won the game like 80-8 so no biggie, on to the next round!
