Lol fair, not sure shed apprecate it that much!!
 
I got a 20 cos i knew my mate was getting a 16, I live with him at uni so we re sweet. Surprisingly ive had savage brachialis and shoulder DOMS after using mine, maybe it ll help with shoulder/elbow health I dunno.
 
Thurs is looking promising, going to see my gran in chi in the morning but i ll shoot over to south hants early afternoon car permitting. Would that suit?

        Really happy with 140 x 2, my ghetto home made board thing is going to be seeing some more action in the next few weeks I think.  100kg 3 x 5 with pauses is really easy now, I think i ll start doing 3 x 5 with 105 for my down sets.

              Yeah im going to be sticking with deadlift variations for a bit, at least until after my mri. Think I ll vary between the full lift, reverse band and maybe pulling off a plate or two to try and even out not squatting!

                Do it pal. Just specilise in the 2 lifts and forget the squat till you're cleard by a professional to do so!

                      Lol I ll still give it a crack. Thurs is looking more and more likely, dropped the car off today and they said I ll have it back tomorrow. I ll be going down to East Wittering in the the morning on thurs but I ll aim to leave at 12-1 so be with you at 1-2ish. That sound ok?

                          Wicked, shall I get you from yours again? Can you txt me the address again as I appear to have lost it during a car clearout lol. Not sure what Im going to shoot for, hit a 140 x 2 off a 1-1.5 board on sunday so maybe a few decent singles &~ doubles could be in order.

                            Yeah drop by mine and call. I left my boards at uni so if ya want some board work bring ye own. I have couple sets of bands if thats you thing?

                            Luckly for you my new katana is pretty easy to get on and will only need a few tugs etc from you! Wonder if I'll be able to actually set up proper, or do more than a half rep this week mmmmmm?? lol

                                        Feeling pretty smoked after today, going to hit some back with LM tomorrow lunchtime hopefully. I think I ll start off with some high rack pulls, see how much I can destroy the Taro's bars before I go back to uni lol.
