    Wooohhh.. wasn't the BB we did yestarday good enough? lol

    I'm taking it easy till tuesday then start on the cycle that'll take me up too British. Apart from the bench as thats still gona be trial and error till I get a weight that I can touch the chest and press!

      Lol I cant do much else mate, being a peg leg cripple! Im doing to start pulling heavy again when im back at uni. I think I ll do 3-4 weeks with reverse bands then do some low rack stuff. Hopefully find some kind of increase after that...lol

          Good benching yesterday dude. That 150kg moved very easily.

          Your timing for returning to the gym back home couldn't have been better. Had I been training alone I might not have made it past the 2 week mark as after the first few sessions shifting child-like weights, motivation was at an all time low.
          I'll push on and hopefully have some decent numbers when you're next down.

                    I'd shoot for a 147.5kg if I were you then you'd own PBs for all 3 lifts rather than draw level with me.
