                  Good article, had a speed read. I would say that the internet has benefitting people enormously... If only it puts them in contact for people to train with/go to meets with.

                    I agree mate. Half the threads in the 'training' section on here though really suggest that people are too ****ing lazy to find things out themselves. I find that people waste so much time worrying about the little things that will make no difference. How many sets of curls? what protein shake? my chest is flat...
