a mixture of push/pull/legs and full body 16 January 2012 10:18 (permalink)
do you think the routine below is any good?

monday                            wednesday                       friday
deadlift                              squat                                bench or dumbbell press
chest press                        leg press                          chins
lat pulldowns                    sldl or gm                           dips or mil press or laterals
cable cross or flies             calves                               rows
biceps work                                                                 triceps work

I love full body routines but I love giving legs their own day (my gym finally got a squat rack).
so what do you think? I am planning on 4x6 for deadlifts and squats  and 4 x8 for the rest.

thanks

Looks like you've got all the right compounds covered, but apart from the deadlifts on the Monday that's pretty much an upper/lower split, so maybe simpler and more balanced to do an upper/lower 3/4 times a week seeing as you like giving legs their own day.
