aching kidneys... protein???

iv had 2 servings of mammoth250 yesterday and 1 serving dymatize isolate this morning, now my kidney have just started aching? could it be the isolate of just a coincidence? both my sides are aching now.......
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

Shouldn't be! How much other protein are you getting stone? Sometimes I've gotten that feelings. Usually when I've OD'ed on the isolate and especially if it's with just water. Just drink plenty of water and some fruit often helps me, orange of something.

Studies show up to 2.8g/kg of body weight and the kidneys are not effected. In fact, try naming one study showing healthy kidneys are effected by protein

ok cool just wonderd lol, iv just started eating and having shakes for training again as ive got back to the gym this week
