Hi, I was just wondering what peoples opinions are on prohormones such as 11-test, 11-sterone etc and why people dont seem to use them much or recommend them. I want to start an assisted cut at the beginning of April and i like the look of 11-sterone. Thanks

I suspect most don't use them a great deal as they are too 'mild' to have any noticeable effect, that's certainly why I don't

I think the basic issue is they are very mild compounds, and work out quite expensive if you want to run them at a medium-high dose for any decent length of time e.g. 4 weeks +

11oxo/11-sterone can produce nice results but dont provide the strength gains(or suppression) as other PHs. Dosing it at 6-9 caps for 3-4 weeks is best
