advice for post pct - 14 November 2009 17:04 ( #1 )
ive recently run my first prohormone cycle, i ran 3-ad for six weeks and today is the last day of my pct, ive been feeling a little flat in the gym the last two weeks, im planning to run an epi cycle in the new year and im in the process of reading up about cycle support and pct. but i wanted to know if i could take a sup that would give me a bit of a kick but not be detrementral to the epi i plan on doing.
im 40, 14.5st, been training on and off for 14yrs
cheers
steve

So you're looking for something to run in between cycles?

An AI containing product or activate xtreme would be a decent option

daari, thank you for your advice,
yes i am.
i have some mass fx and trisobagen in the cupboard i was thinking i could add something to them either primaforce cissuss(i have tendon problems in my elbows so it would aid that)
does that sound ok.
i would like to run something so that i could just star the epistane cycle without having to take a week or two off.
i hope im making myself clear, lol
cheers

Here is a PCT article but to summarise I would ensure you take an AI, a cortisol blocker, and, optimally, a test booster such as Daari mentions. Not really PCT, but I would keep back use of creatine and stimulants for PCT as well.
