advice please

Hi just looking for some help and advice from people who know.

First 3 cycles 500mg sust  4th 500mg sust, 250 deca all finished off pcts of nova
1st day 60mg, 2 to 12 40mg, 13 to 25 20mg.
I have done 4 cycles but have made my mind up not to do another,
Its a mix of things time family life work lol you know how it goes.

This is the thing i have been off cycle for some time now 3 an a half months but my boys,
have not gone back to their normal size it seems to be going slow,
in their grow back is there anything i can do to aid there growth,
should i be worryed or will it just take some time.

I have come to you guys because you know what your talking about and i have,
got great advice from here before thanks in advance.

if u not do a proper pct after ur cycle. it will take time to recover from it. have u done any blood work ?

Not surprised really, takes longer than people think to recover. Also forget about, been off for 14 weeks, as thats not exactly correct, there will be synthetic hormones in your blood for a few weeks after you finished. Have a look with this

Be patient and your body will sort itself out eventually.

as above, it can take quite a time to recover especially after some deca.
 
i did a secondary pct 8 weeks after coming off a long cycle with test/deca as i was still very shut down.
 
2 weeks of hcg at 250iu daily with 20mg nolva
then 20mg nolva ed for a further 2 weeks
 
balls came back, sex drive returned etc.
 
lesson learned for me - if i run deca (which i rarely do now) then i need an intensive longer pct than usual.

After Deca you need to run HCG for 2-3 weeks to raise your hormone levels and get your balls working again combined with Nolva or Clomid or even better run HCG for 3 weeks at 2500 ius a week then wait a week then do a Clomid / Nolva PCT start day 1 with 150 mg of Clomid / Nolva 60 mg then days 2 - 14 Clomid 100 mg / Nolva 40 mg
days 15 - 30 Clomid 50 mg / Nolva 20 mg
Recovery should be a breeze after this protocol.

If your issue is purely testicle size, you could run a course of HCG to correct it, you would need to run an AI alongside it to prevent estrogen elevation and then be wise to run Nolvadex and/or Clomid afterwards to aid full recovery and avoid a rebound or you could simply allow things to normalise slowly as they will eventually.

I still have enough nova to run a second pct do you think this would help,
or just leave alone and let things be.
