so just joined the site and looking for a new training routine to bulk up im currently about 64kg nut wanna be atleast 75-80kg.....i eat like an animal but never put on weight unless i take some sort of t booster
 
maybe thats due to boxing or the amount of running i do in my job lol
 
anyways open to any advice

        Get on diet and training section mate and they will defiinatly point you in right direction. This site has helped me alot... Hope it does for you too.

          Welcome first stage is to check the diet section also have a read through the articles
