Thinking about oat or almond milk, apparently you can make you own oat milk, but looking to buy several liters of a milk substitute to help gain weight, has to be similar price to milk. Thanks

Much better than milk, no bloat etc.

you can buy oat milk in tesco, not in the fridge in the other milk section where you will find rice milk, UHT milk etc

The chocolate Oat milk is very nice..

I use soya personally as I was recommened, low in sugar and cals, helps me get protein shakes down me

I use soya milk, I actually prefer the taste to cow's milk.

I get it from tesco, it's in the fridges with the normal milk in blue cardboard cartons, it's 88p for a litre if my memory serves me correctly.

It can taste a bit wierd at first, but I have grown to prefer it like I say, especially in porridge.

I will never be set free as long as I'm a ghost that you can't see.
