andy haldane journal for 2010 under 70kg!!! NEW PICS PG 7 ..5 DAYS OUT !

hey for those who dont know me im andrew haldane i live in corby and train in bodyshapers in kettering , i am going to be competing in under 70kg at muscletalks first show in june , my diet and training programme is being wrote by brandon marjoram who recently came 2nd in the ukbff 2009 uk finals under 70kg and also went onto win under 65kg in the wpf universe 2009 competition
ill also be sneaking in some training sessions with micky mckai who also has won many comps and also competed in the mr universe and ukbff finals before so with these 2 helping me fingers crossed ill do well !!
ill add a few pics of me soon from  the last couple of months so u can see what i normally look like this is condition i am always in as i dont hold any fat !!

can you also give us a run down of yourself?  how you have trained,  any previous comps?  height and what weight your hoping to come in at etc?

cheers i am going to post pics now , i am 5ft 6inch i would say , i have never competed b4 , i currently have been training 2 years solid but before that i trained on and off for bout 5 years but never took it seriously till i was 24 which was 2 years ago so obviously i 26 now lol
i dont hold any fat all year round and even when bulking i seem to still have a 6 pack suppose my metabolism is reallly fast
anymore questions just ask and the pics i about to load up are me between october and now and i always between 11st 12lb and 12st 7lb in every pic !!!

dieting should be fairly easy, certainly doesnt look like theres much fat to come off!

great shape there, id say upper chest and legs are the bits that you need to concentrate on bringing up a little more for a really balanced look!

well done though mate looking very good. making the decision to compete is a big one, and hugely rewarding!

cheers for comments i certainly do need to concentrate on legs brandon is going to be doing my legs session every week so fingers crossed they should be ok when june comes in and as for upper chest i am trying but i can pretty much lift the same on upper chest what i can on flat so not sure why it aint pumped out yet i do half or more of my chest workout on upperchest but any tips im sure to listen i open to any help m8 ..........
