yes it was close i wasnt dissapointed wit the placing but i was dissapointed i didnt go in looking as good as i could have i think i over carbed during daytime and defo didnt look as sharp and dry as i did at weigh in at 12midday but hey u live and learn next time less carbs on show day for me !! henry looked good and deserved to win anyway i think i may be a couple inch too tall for the under 70s as they all bout 5ft 4ish i thinking of maybe doing a 2 year bulk and doing under 80s as in the first timers i was around 74kg and defo looked better at that weight

plus i struggeled to make weight coming in at 69.3kg and to reach that i had to cut water 1pm saturday day and food 5pm saturday evening i felt dead by weigh in lost 10lb overnight !! time to bulk and try under 80s i reckon !!

think im gonna bulk till next june then diet for for a show in september but prob under 80kg cos doubt get under 70 by next year or maybe i will .... not sure yet !! ill play it by ear i may even not compete till year after if i need more bulk m8

I do not have anything useful to say Andy except you have done very well and hope you are well pleased.
I have been considering competing at the 70kg class myself but I see your pictures and can see how much I am lacking in mass and size which is total kudos to you.
