my routine is: Mon- Pull: deadlift 3 x 5 BB row 3 x 5-8 Pullups 3 x 8 DB rows 3 x 10 Incline DB curls 3 x 10 + hammies/back stretching Wed- Push: Flat bench 3 x 5 Incline db bench 3 x 8-10 military press 3 x 8 dips(weighted) 3 x 5-10 inc db flyes 3 x 10 inc bb french press 3 x 10 + hammies/back stretching Fri- Legs/Abs Front squat 3 x 5 Bulgarian split squat w/ dbs 3 x 10 Leg curls 3 x 10 Single leg calf raise /w dip belt 3 x 10 Hanging leg raises 3 x 10 Renegade row 3 x 5 + hammies/back stretching do you think that i need more direct shoulder work for proepr shoulder development? some people swear that i need to do lateral raises in this routine... i just want to add good amount of mass, but also i want to have proportional growth (in reagard to bodyparts). what do you think?

Overhead pressing is the main delt recruiting exercise, and on it's own will actually suffice - the anterior (front) delt is engaged on chest work, and the lateral (mid) and posterior (rear) delts are engaged on rows and pull ups. However, due to the fact that the delts are a compound of three muscles, each with a slightly different role, it's not a bad idea to add some variation into the shoulder routine. I use alternating face pulls one week and lat raises the next to add this variety. It's worth remembering that any pressing movement, including behing the head pressing, favours the anterior delt by about 80% so there's not a lot of loint risking cuff injury and pressing from behind the head.

They are not crucial as you are asking, however as highlighted by bollard it can be a good idea to have a little variation in your routine and add in some extra work for each muscle group
