hi all i am 42 years of age and have not trained for a good while, i want to get back into it but seem as though i have not got the will and desire i once had. I lack energy and struggle to want to start runnining etc etc any advise Thanks

Stuff the running for the time being, hit the weights. Easier to get into when not that fit, look up a beginners routine on here and start from there, start to introduce cardio when you are more used to training. When you start training and take the first step you will get hooked buddy
