Didn't know where to put this. So thought i'd put it in here. For a year or 2, I get constant pains in the regions I have marked in red. Mark 1 - I get that frequently, (just a niggling pain) (for about a year and half) Mark 2 - This is now and then , maybe once every 8 -10 days. Kind of a sharp pain. Has anybody else experienced anything similar? below is a picture to illustrate the problematic areas.

hey buddy! Since I owe ya.....there are a whole plethora of possible causes that could be contributing to these problems mate. Rotated pelvis is very common, piriformis spasm, sciatic nerve tension, tight thoracics, dysfunctional rotator cuff, QL spasm, over active psoas that cant fully relax OR a combination of these! Now I know what you are thinking..how do I know which it is?? see a qualified professional who knows how to screen these issues otherwise its guess work. Wish I could diagnose for you mate but its not possible on line I am afraid
