Deadlifts, Squats, Cardio I wouldnt dream of stopping a cycle because of it. Take taurine, eat a few bananas every day and drinks lots of water.

It's just muscle cramps in the lower back mate. IME taurine may help but it has never stopped me from getting back pumps and TBH I don't think anything will stop them, just maybe ease them a little. As Shane said, keep water intake high, potassium from the banana's may also help. The worst exercise to set them off IMO is stiff legged deadlifts (I am often in agony after doing them whilst on cycle), squats and regular deads I can cope with ok. What are you gonna be taking anyway?

thanx for the reply's what im trying to establish if theres a difference from back pumps and kidney problems. what i had the other day at the end of the second week of an epi cycle was aches around the kidneys (both sides of the lower back)i still got em to be honest but not as intense.this wasnt after doin deadlifts i did legs and shoulders. my water intake is high as it always is anyways. an diet is very clean as im on a clean bulk. i do use the cycle insurance but im thinking bout getting some taurine aswell to see if it does ease the aches.

Back pumps do not mean kidney problems, and from your description, I would say it sounds like you have experienced back pumps. Training legs can certainly bring them on, as doing exercises like squats, leg press, calf raise etc they all put pressure on the lower back. I get back pumps when I'm washing the pots, vacuuming... doing general day to dat tasks, so i wouldn't worry. Try some taurine but it wont get rid of them. I use taurine too but I still get terrible pumps whilst on strong orals.

Hmm.. strange that you never got them off SD, I know I did! The only thing to do mate if you're worried it is something else, is to get your blood checked at the end of cycle to check liver/kindney values. Personally, I would't stress about it as it def sounds like back pumps, you were maybe just lucky with the SD ?

yes i think imust have been lucky with sdrol,an ontop of that i gained 13lb and kept 10 after pct which was great. an it was mostly lean muscle aswell. blood pressure was sky high tho through out which wasnt nice. just read an old post on here where someone mentioned that it could be high blood pressure that cause the pumps on the kidneys? i think this is whats happening to me. i take 1000mg of hawthorne berry, plus celery ceed extract an the aches are still there, ill just keep an eye on it.

Bad form maybe? I get it in my lower to mid back when doing incline dumbells due to my weak left wrist so i compensate it by using my back to help do reps. I get the same thing when I play golf cause I compensate for my weak wrist.
