Lean mince beef about 3-4 times a week...you can do so many things with it and good cheap choice of protein!

Just about every day. Usually extra lean steak mince, but will throw in a rump steak once or twice a week. Mainly a cost issue, otherwise I'd eat steak every day.
I hurt myself today, to see if I still feel. I focus on the pain, the only thing that's real. Trent Reznor- Nine Inch Nails.

Hi Stuart, I thought steak was good for muscular growth as long as it was lean? Is there a reason you dont eat beef...?
