Omid Djalili and Dave Chapelle are both very funny - just mentioning them as I don't think anyone else has yet, haven't read thorugh the whole thread though.

Brucieflea Stand up but you cant have Blue Hard to say of all time but I have to say one of the funniest stand up acts I've seen was Robin Williams at the west end. Dirty as buggery but the guy is hilarious. Does a great routine on how golf was invented. mcl

Chris Rock annoys me for one simple reason, if i got up and did the exact same act then i'd get arrested. All he does is the classic "hey look at me i'm black woooo this is what black people do woooo" and thats about it.

I do laugh at his stuff but at the same time get a little annoyed, all comics who use this style annoy me a little. Films as well the one with Aston Kutcher and Bernie Mack and the big joke of the film is Bernie's daughter is marrying a white dude, make the same film the other way around and all hell would break loose. Just annoys me for some reason

I'm with Jacked, Russell Brand is on another level, no doubt he will smash it in the US too. Peter Kay aswell. These 2 mainly because I really relate to their comedy. Dylan Moran is cool, loved Lee Evans, but obviously his style is slightly dated now. Rhys Darby and the boys from Flight of the conchords are looking like good up and comers. Agree with the Bernie Mac comment too. If that film was the other way round all hell would have broken loose. But its ok to poke fun at the 'honkies'.
