Yesterday, Daz had his op and all is well. He's feeling good today; but he wasn't too good in recovery yesterday: I think he was a bit of a handful for the nurses! He was sick and sweating perfusely (although Daz pretty much sweats all the time!!) 
The professor who performed the op said it went well. He's all platercasted up at the mo and he can't even get a T-shirt on! Or is this just Daz on a sympathy vote to show off his poorly arm, bless him?!
Daz plans to re-start cardio and leg training lightly next week, and he can't wait to be back BIGGER and BETTER for next year.
Like a boomerang: he'll be back!
