    Hi Aaron,

This guy, who caught your eye, was the middlewight winner, Martin Pedro. He was an excellent competitior, but he had no chance in the overall category against your competitior, Sotonye.
Do you often help for competitiors preparing for their competiton? I alwys struggle with my diet, I loose too much muscle, without being enough ripped. I've never went below 6% bodyfat unfortunately.
Ok, I should be happy with my results (Fame 2011. 3rd place, BNBF South 2nd place in Novice heavyweight c.) but I'd like to be more ripped. And my last week before the competition always disaster, I can't figure out my carb up, water manupalition etc.
Everyone say differnt things and I haven't found the proper was which is work for me ideally.

    Best Regards,
    Sandor

      hi Sandor,

i helped sotonye with a few things in the last week and advised on his cardio but he did the hard work + diet.
I dont prep people, i just offer advice and seeing i work at the same company as him, things just went along that way

the last week is a minefield and as you say, 5 people will tell you different things to do.
