My breakfast is usually just like any other meal. This morning it was a fruit smoothie, a small banana, roast chicken and brocoli.

Yum those coconut pancakes sound great! I use coconut flour quite a bit but it can be quite bloating! Lately I've just been shaking up egg whites, stevia and vanilla protein powder, cinnamon and some water and pouring into fry pan then rolling up with berries, yum!

I have 4-5 weetabix + protein shake time depends on what time I have work or if I have work at all. So could be say 8am wake I'll have this. Shower, pack my bag and get my meals together for the day. 4 scrambled eggs on toast at about 8:45 with a glass of orange juice then leave at 9. Give or take an hour depending on starting times. Tend to need more in the morning personally as I wake up very hungry.

Fuel oat granola (includes dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds and guarana) and a protein shake (currently ON 100% whey). More for convenience's sake but it does taste very nice!

40g Oats, 1 scoop whey in water, 40g blueberries or half a grapefruit. Finished with a green tea, animal pak multis (not my choice really, had left over from ages ago!) and a fish oil capsule! Not the most filling but it does the job for a couple of hours until meal number 2.
