I rise @ 5 am weekdays & have breakfast as soon as possible thereafter.  Consisting usually of:

Whey protein shake.  Porridge oats.  Walnuts & almonds.  Green tea.

    Very nice!

I wake at 05:30 to walk the dog and have breakfast around 07:00. At the moment I have 6 scrambled eggs and the occasional sneaky slice of bacon. I'm on a paleo(ish) diet and it seems to be working a treat.

eggs on toast/fruit/beef in oyster sauce and rice/pad thai/steak - man I love international buffets on holiday :)

                          That looks lush Kat, mmmm!

For my cut I'm experimenting with various low-carb pancake recipes.

Coconut flour pancakes ; 4 eggs, 20g of coconut flour, few drops of stevia, some cinamon and then fried on a pan with coconut oil, eaten with peanut butter.

Wheat bran pancakes ; same recipe only coconut flour swapped out for 2 protein scoops of wheat bran.

They're pretty damn nice I've gotta say!

H&B or online.  It's pretty expensive, but you don't need that much of it at all to make anything as it soaks up liquid ingredients very effectively!

Probably around 1am unless I'm working out in the morning, which case it'll be 2 hours pre-workout.

Eat what ever there is in the house, today was a tube of jaffa-cakes, whey protein and porridge.
Pretty much aim for 150g carbs, 60g protein and <30g fat.

                                    At the moment I have:

                                    30g whey protein,
                                    80g porridge oats,
                                    80g frozen strawberries
                                    5g creatine mono
                                    3g daa
                                    400ml ice cold water.

Blend it all up and drink it down on the way to work at 7am

When I'm cutting I usually just lower the amount of oats.

Whenever I get me ass out of bed, depending on what meeting I have on.

                                        If I have Time
75g of Porrage oats, cooked with 150ml 1% milk 150ml water, a touch of Nutella to taste.
6 Egg whites 2 yokes, and 500ml of OJ blended. (this sounds yuck but tastes like orange custard)

If in a rush, I dump to Oats into the OJ and Eggs and blend a little longer
