 bulking diet HELP????

been training a number of years now but just started training frankies 5x5 rountine,i put the training in 110percent
not sure my diet is 110percent aswell so i am grateful for any advice,i am 29 5 foot 8,i weigh a pretty solid 203 pounds i train 3 times a week monday,wednesday,friday do half hour cardio on tuesday and thursday my diet ie this
breakfast 9am
1xscoop phd pharma whey
3x whole egg
60g of oats
1 x banana 
pre workout meal 12pm
baked potato
tin of tuna or chicken breast
post workout shake 3pm
2xscoops phd pharma whey
1x scoop glyco maize
then dinner 6 or 7pm 
sirlion steak or salmon fillet
sweet potato
brocccoli
then before bed 10pm or so
one serving phd 6hr blend
30g walnuts
 
just wana know what your opinions is on this diet good or bad ??

      Not a great deal wrong with the food choices, depending on goals and what these portion sizes are you may be a bit under the amount required to be gaining weight.

        sorry am looking to lean bulk am training using frankies 5x5 mass rountine monday wednesday friday,then half hour light cardio on tuesday and thursday what calories should i be getting protien carbs and good fats ect ect am pretty lucky i can more or less work my training and eating around my work,any advise is appriestated thanks

          Food choices are fine, make sure you're eating decent portions sizes
