Hi guys this is my diet plan, hoping someone can take a look at it and amend it if theres any mistakes with it. Thanks.

7.30
50g of porridge with protein shake
or 3 full eggs and 2 white scarmbled on 2 slices of toast

10.00
1 tin mackeral
3 - 4 rice cakes
1 apple

12.30
1 chicken breast with 2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 banana
handful of nuts

15.00
1 tin of tuna with 2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 banana or apple
handful of nuts

16.30 weight train

17.30
2 scoops of whey with 50g of dextrose

18.00
a choice of meat
jacket potato or rice
plenty of veg

21.00

How does this look? My aim is to gain the weight slowly round about 2 to 4 pounds a month at the most as im carrying a bit of fat round my waste.

      Stats are
      age 24
      5ft 11
      13 stone
      bout 35 inch waste.

I was thinking at first to cut down to a 32 inch waste but dont think im going to bother as i feel im not carrying enough muscle yet to cut so ill see how this diet goes then. Thanks for having a look

Looks fine. Monitor and adjust accordingly so that you gain about 0.5lb a week.

          1) DON'T PANIC! 2) Assumption is the mother of all cock-ups. 3) Where's the omega-3 fat?
