frontloading my next bulking phase cycle after beingon a trt dose for quite a few months, and decided to give calfs a whirl. 2ml of andropen and 1 ml of deca into each one, was expecting it to be a sore shot, but actually cant even tell that i put it in there! Right calf did twitch like buggery though, and bruised a little under the skin. have put it off for years using thae site, wondering why now!

Minger Makes me cringe just thinking about m8, think I'll leave mine alone for the time being lol Minger it did me too mate, but in comparison the pec shots, which ive used for a few years, they are a breeze. pec shots tend to give me trouble sleeping because of the feeling of pressure in the muscle when layed down

ive done it twice, the second time forgetting jst how fcking pianful the first was, and btw mine didnt get sore until 2-3 days after - beware lol first time was 1.5ml deca in each, honestly couldnt walk after 2 days, went to a and e, as all red swollen and every stepmi took i could feel my bones ache, i was literally walking ike 1 step every ten-fifteen seconds. secong time in my ultimate wisdom i forgot how bad the first timw was, bang in 1ml prop and 1ml mast, split into 1ml inot each head. and surprise surprise the same result, talk about not learning lol

I have not shot there my training partner did once and said never again ever
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

Why would you want to inject in to your calf unless you had to? There's no gains to be had by injecting there and it's painful, full of tendons and nerves plus the fact that you'll spend most of the day stood on it so if it is painful after the shot then you'll aggravate it further. Whilst running a massive cutting cycle for a contest prep years ago I had to inject in to my calf muscles on occasion as I'd rotate multiple shots around my body so as not to do too many shots in one area and I'd only put Winstrol in them as it's much easier to inject and the fluid disperses easier. In short - don't do it unless you have to and you don't.

Im not sure what your basing your assumption of me not having to use that site though? considering you dont know me or my cycle! im qualified in sports massage mate, so well aware of all the things going on in that area, but gastroc is a specific muscle, and if your pinning in inner head and know where your going in from, there is zero chance of hitting anything other than muscle (possibly some small nerve endings, but nothing major) youd have to be an idiot to hit a major nerve or tendon

lol, small nerves in the muscle can make you dance, this happens anywhere in the body, youd do more than dance if you hit one of the major nerves ! lol

still absoloutely fine. little bit of tightness in the muscle, but nothing major, considering its a new site being opened up and a decent volume of oil as we. trained calfs on the way home this afternoon, absoloutely fine.

I did calves back when I first started using AAS... I won't be shooting calves again. I use to favor trap injections, now I prefer pecs and glutes but am running lighter these days... so less need for open sites. and even back then when I shot calves, I only did it once... in each leg... to keep the balance.
weighted dips 67 kgs 3 solid reps deadlift 220kgs 1 shoulder shrug 320kgs 3 leg press 593kgs 3-4 body weight 82kgs
