I would move legs after back or chest, gives your upper body a rest. Especially as your shoulders do alot of work on chest days. Are you doing a hit routine? Lake Yates´s? 4 working sets per bodypart is quite low.

Its not bad mate. I do something similar but on different days. Mon: Chest Tue:Arms Wed: Rest Thurs:Back Fri: Shoulders & Traps Sat:Legs Sun:Rest have been doing this awhile now and am loving it.Seems to be working well for me too. Do you mean 4-5 working sets of just one exercise per bodypart??if so then I would not think its enough. I do 3-4 working sets x 3,4 or 5 exercises per bodypart

(does this look ok?) it seems that you are actually doing two warmup sets and two working sets. I would recommend doing maybe another one or two exercise per muscle (even more so for the larger muscles) if you are to continue working out this way

i usualy do 5 sets on my big muscles i say 4-5 but its usualy 5 unless im extreemly tired i aim for 4 but usualy end up doing 5 so you think i should mabi do 6 or 7 sets per set? also when i say 12-15 reps light weight its usualy just light for the 1st working set to walm up then the rest of the working sets i start i usualy start on just over half of what i can lift an do 12-15 reps then move the weights up and up.

what about if i do set 1= 12-15 reps light weight set 2= 10-12 reps heavy weight set 3= 8-10 reps heavyer weight set 4= 6-8 reps hevyest weight when i do set 5 its usualy just the same as set 4 (6 to 8 reps) on heavyest weight. would this be better than im was doing? (i do 4 or 5 difrent exercises like this for each body part)
