spent most of yesterday and today writing it up please have a look through
im eating to build strengh and lean/ish size for powerlifting
im 88.5kg 6ft 3
dropped from 110kg over last year s startng back up again my first comps in june want to compete at 101kg no heavier as i do unfortunatley have to run :(
okay here it is
 
wake up: 30g whey, 50g fine scots oats, omega 3,6,9 1 tab, zma 1 tab, super vits 1 tab, L glutamine 5g
 
breakfast: 6 egg whites, 200g baked beans, 1 banana, 2 slices grainary toast, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 low fat yoghurt, half tbsp linseeds
 
mid morning: 30g casein, 30g oats, 1 low fat yoghurt, 1 banana, hand full of nuts
 
lunch: 1 can tuna (27g protein), 100g brown pasta, 1tbsp sunflower seeds, 1 small avacado, 25g beetroot, 1 low fat yoghurt.
 
mid afternoon: 30g whey, 20g oats, banana, handfull nuts, 1 tbsp peanut butter, mug green tea
 
workout: 30 mins before 30g oats: pre work out shake; 1 tab of zma, trib tetris, super vit,omega 3,6,9, 6 tabs creatine, 5g l-glutamine, beta alanine 2.5g, arganine 3g, taurine 3g, whey 30g dextrose 30g.
post workout shake same + 30g maltodextrine
 
evening meal: 250g beef/chicken, 100g brown rice, broccoli, cabbage, low fat vedge soup, low fat yoghurt
 
before bed: 30g casein, 30g oats, 1 lowfat yoghurt, 1 banana, half tbsp linseeds

    Looks good to me, as you're trying to add weight the only thing i would say is eat whole eggs instead of just whites for breakfast.
     
    also why the zma before workout?

      i normally have 2 yolks
       but with supplementing with omega 369 didnt wanna do too much 6(i think it is in yolks)?? you still think i should?, and my bad zma in my before bed shake, thanks for pointing that out! i dont wanna put on too much fat, ill still be running and doing mma i just wanna tip the scales in my favour so im growing is it good?
