i currently train weights 5 days aweek in the morning and then do 3 boxing sessions in the evenings aweek. I'm thing of changing the weights to 3 days aweek on the days i dont box as i seem to be burning myself out.I'm currently on 500mg/1ml of test e twice aweek and 50mg of t3 aday.My diets reasonably good but i got abit slack over christmas. I thinking about reducing my carbs to about 100g on weight days and about 200g on boxing days as these sessions are really intense.I'm 5'10" 12st10lb im looking to reduce body fat but not lose any strength hence the test.If anybody has a diet plan they could give me it would be much apprecieted or just any advice in general.Many thanks in advance.

The key will be to make sure your carbs are around your training / boxing sessions. We can't really pick out a plan for you as we need to know what you're currently doing
