cardio on an empty stomach

hey, in my training schedule i struggle to fit cardio in with the gym, driving lessons and football so i thought i would get up an hour earlier than i usually do and go for a run before work but i know if i have something to eat beforehand i would probably be sick but if i go without anything to eat i will struggle for energy so i was wandering if anyone else goes for a run like that and if what they do. cheers

HI i do a 30 minute cardio session @ 75% HR on an empty stomach each morning, this is suppose to help burn body fat as your getting your fuel from your fat stores and not carbs. depends what your hoping to achieve from your run really?
