well in this thread i am talking about how supplements can be faked a lot of bodybuilding beginner don't know the difference between a good supplement and a bad or faked supplement they just get fooled by the good looking of the bottle of the supplement or the ingredients that written on the back of it .. so a piece of advice dont buy any untrusted supplement like the one that is faked in this video

BRB supplementing BCAAs on top of a protein rich diet........ facepalm. Quite inciteful and I recommend watching, covers steroids quite alot and their eventual negatives.
