this is a diet i will following march - may will hopefully add 1 -2kg while staying at my bodyfat %
 
wake 7am
1 serving of impcat whey ( latte)
5g glutamine
1g hmb
( may also add in 1 serving of either vpx clentbrux or thermoobol)
 
cardio for 40mins   
 
7.40am
1 serving of total protien
10mls udo's oil blend
 
9.30am
4 whole eggs
50g spinich
2tsp peanut butter
 
12pm
1chicken fillet
100g sweet potato
handfulls of mixed chill's
10mls udo's oil blend
 
1.30 - 2pm ( pre workout meal 2hours before)
either
lean grow + extmre by sci mx
or
hurricane evo or xs by mp
 
pre workout 3-3.20pm
1 serving of maniac
5g glutamine
1g hmb
(1 serving of vpx or thermobol)
 
workout 3.30pm
 
finish 4.30pm
 
pwo 4.35pm
either
lean grow+ by sci mx
 
hurrricane xs or evo by mp
or
 
1 serving of total protien
10g glutamine
2g hmb
5g creatine
30 - 50g waxzy mazie starch
 
5.45pm
1 fillet of beef,chicken,fish (depends how and what i fancy)
60g broccil
10-25g olive oil
 
8pm
10 almonds
10g dry bannana
 
10pm bed meal
1 serving of total protien
5g glutamine
1g hmb
10mls udo's oil
15-25g peanutt butter
 
11pm
zinc and magnesium ( zma mp's own )
 
 
does this look ok
im 80kg
11%body fat should be 10% hopefully

      Looks like a hell of a lot of supplements mate, can you not try substituting some of your shakes with whole, solid foods?

        yeah i know its a whole lote of shakes the only reason i put shakes down are due to being busy as *** means sometimes i can only have shake otherwise i find the micros of that meal and have whole foods
         
        for example instead of having my pre meal i do try to have 4eggs 2handfulls of spinich and 15mls olive oil
