The most adventerous I get with my chicken is a sprinkling of Cajun or Tikka Masala spice over the top before it goes in the oven, other than that it just gets a squeeze of ketchup .
Its never to late to become what you might have been !

Piri piri dried spice rub with a bit of olive oil, or cubed and fried then mixed in with a couple of eggs, lime juice, chilli, spoon of peanut butter and eaten with some egg noodles alongside some (usually discount) stir fry veg, poor mans Pad Thai.

FIRSTLY IF YOU ARE FRYING MAKES SURE YOU SEAL THE CHICKEN. DO THIS BY INTRODUCING IT TO A HOT PAN THAT IS LIGHTLY OILED SHOULD BROWN IT AND DOESNT ALLOW THE MOISTURE TO ESCAPE, ALSO DONT CROWD THE PAN AS YOU WILL END UP PACHING THE CHICKEN IN ITS OWN WATER WHICH IS NEVER GOOD. i LOVE USING NANDOS MARINADE TO COOK WITH. LETTING IT REDUCE WHIL FRYING THE CHICKEN INSTENSIFY THE FLAVOURS.

I either squeeze lemon on it and pepper before putting it in the oven or use the nando's sauce!

At the minute I'm frying it and stirring in a teaspoon of mustard cause I don't get paid until Friday, it actually tastes really good.

I slice it as thinly as possible horizontally, then fry it on a low temperature with some cayenne pepper. Stays nice and moist that way, kind of like the chicken you get in a Chinese takeaway.

TJL500 Brush with red palm oil then rub in jerk/peri peri/cajun spice mix & chuck in the oven along with some chopped peppers that's similar to what i do - i do a kilo at a time & split into 5 portions - that's the plan anyway cus as soon as it's out the oven the wife & kids get involved & i only get 3 portions which means i'm cooking it everyday
