You cant mate, without great difficulty, pulling it back (if you can) causes it to crack and split and then your in agony for like a week....

I guess I needed to know that to establish the cirumstances if you will, but with out really taking this thread into the gutter can you not lubricate your knob, so you can keep your foreskin or better still just use your knob more lol

I rememeber when I was at school and everything in the changing rooms had no foreskin but for me! I asked my mate about it who was a bit older and he said to get saome sticky tape and tape it back - I went to bed that night with it taped back - removed it in the morning and for about 5 seconds i thought it had worked! lol

That part of the skin you cant do anything with mate, it wont streach or make a differenc.

no not birth, when i hit puperty and grew a huge wanger, my foreskin just couldnt keep up....

shoulda had it looked at a long time ago but its only become a real problem the last six months!

Sometimes it does 'just' happen, either as a result of natural growth or as a result of a trauma causing scar tissue in the area (ever broke your banjo?).
 
Not usually noticed until you become sexually active though, and it can continue to get worse from mid teens until its sorted.  Quite a common problem really.
Worth noting it can also devolp later ezpecially if you have reoccuring bouts of thrush, and a condition know as balanitis xerotica obliterans (according to google) cause unknown.

LOL! But in all honesty this isn't a laughing matter, I had problems with sex beofre I had this done and used to avoid it as it hurt.

I actually used to put vasiline on my knob and it did help a bit and tried various "exercises" to loosen it up. But noi avail so my GP booked me in for the chop.

It was very uncomfortable and I remember comming home from the clinic that day, waking up after a sleep and then needing a pee. I unwrapped the dressing and I bleed like hell all over the bathroom floor, I screamed for my dad who had to support me as I almost fainted.

But after two weeks everything was fine and as for sex??? Well I more than made up for those early years so I have never looked back

I had it done when I was 13 I to waS sh*tting myself,especially when I enterted the theatre room and see a picture of a penis on a board and where they had to cut it lol...

It was horrible I must say,took a good few weeks for everything to feel normal again.

Glad I had it done when I was not sexually active though, otherwise that would have been a whole lot worse.
