competitors who have had a c section?

someone has asked me if its possible to ever have a completely flat stomach again after a C section, and i dont know the answer!
i know loads of women who have competed after having babies,but does anyone know of anyone who has done so after a c section?

have a look for Michelle Berger (Buffmother.com) she had twins by c section and competed the following year
